5. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses Umami, an audience measurement tool that we host ourselves. Umami sets no cookies and collects no data that can identify you. With your explicit consent (banner shown on your first visit), we also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well our ads work: it sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you visit, the fact that you sent a request (not its content) and technical identifiers of your browser. Without your consent, it is never loaded. You can withdraw or give your consent at any time with the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
6. Your rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA)
Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25, Quebec) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, Canada), you have the following rights:
- ✓Right to access your personal information
- ✓Right to correct inaccurate information
- ✓Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
- ✓Right to data portability
- ✓Right to object to processing
- ✓Right to withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@kladriva.ca. We reply within 30 days.
7. Data security
Your information travels only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Lead files stored on our servers are accessible only to authorized Kladriva staff. We apply the data minimization principle: we only collect what is strictly needed for your request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The Last updated date at the top of the page shows the version in force. If we make a substantial change, we will let you know by email if you are a client.
9. Recourse
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).
